MoPassport – General Terms & Conditions

MoPassport is a digital ticketing and access management platform provided by AMOS Technologies. By using the MoPassport website, services, or applications, you agree to the following terms:

1. Platform Role

  • MoPassport acts as a technology provider only.

  • Event organisation, content, pricing, execution, and compliance remain the sole responsibility of the event organiser.

  • MoPassport is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, safety conditions, or event quality.

2. User Accounts

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and ticket information.

  • Any misuse, fraud, or unauthorised use may result in account suspension or access restriction.

3. Tickets & Access

  • Tickets issued via MoPassport are digital and may include QR codes or unique identifiers.

  • Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and conditions defined by the organiser.

  • MoPassport is not responsible for lost, shared, duplicated, or misused tickets.

4. Payments

  • Payment handling, refunds, and pricing policies are defined by the event organiser.

  • MoPassport does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated by the organiser.

  • Transaction records may be stored for verification and reporting purposes.

5. Event Changes & Availability

  • Event details (date, venue, lineup, capacity) may change at the organiser’s discretion.

  • MoPassport is not liable for damages or losses resulting from event modifications or cancellations.

6. Liability

  • Use of the platform and attendance at events is at your own risk.

  • MoPassport shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damages occurring during events.

  • The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

7. Media & Data

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Event-related photos or videos may be used by organisers for promotional purposes.

  • MoPassport does not sell user data to third parties.

8. Misuse & Fraud

  • Any attempt to manipulate ticketing, payments, access control, or platform features is strictly prohibited.

  • MoPassport reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice in case of abuse.

9. Changes to Terms

  • MoPassport reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

  • Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
